Author registration for regular and short papers [Link]
Author registration for workshop papers, fast abstracts, industry track papers, poster papers, and co-located events [Link]
Non-author registration (including author registrations not for any specific papers) [Link]
Registration Policy
The registration fee must be paid in full with a credit card when
registering for the conference.
Every paper (including those in Workshops,
Fast Abstract Track, Industry Track, Poster Sessions, and Co-located Events) must have at least one paid
non-student registration
(i.e., the student registration is not sufficient) before June 1 in order to
be included in the QRS 2024 proceedings or the QRS 2024 companion.
Authors with multiple papers must pay one non-student registration fee for
each paper.
Each non-student registration includes meals and social events such as lunches, coffee breaks, reception, banquet, etc.
Student registration only applies to full-time students. It cannot be used to satisfy the registration requirement for a paper to be included in the proceedings or companion.
Student registration does not include tickets for conference
reception and conference banquet.
Refund Policy
If you are the only author who paid a full registration fee for a paper that has already been included in the proceedings or companion, you cannot ask for a refund.
Cancellation by June 15, 2024: 50% refund of paid registration fee.
Cancellation after June 15, 2024: No refund.
However, you may substitute another person for your registration
at any time.
Please send emails to [email protected]
if you need to make a substitution.
Paper Presentation
Every paper must be presented by one of the authors in-person at the conference in order to be included in the IEEE digital library and indexed by the Ei Compendex.
This requirement cannot be satisfied by a guest presenter who is not a co-author of the paper; such papers will not be eligible for the digital library or the indexing service.
Please send emails to [email protected]
with sufficient justification in the event of extraordinary circumstances that would make the above requirement impossible.
